The Chai Hut is the new location of the Heartsong Herbal Brewing Company. The name is a spin off Pizza Hut, as their abandoned building has become Heartsong’s brewery, distribution center, office and Food Artisans Gallery.

The Food Artisans Gallery offers people a place to sip on Heartsong’s brews, purchase Heartsong products, view Heartsong’s office and brewery, The Chai Hut also features products for purchase from other
The Heartsong office is located just on the other side of the Food Artisans Gallery wall. One can see into either room depending on the side one is standing. Heartsong is promoting a transparent atmosphere: we are not hiding anything.
The brewery has a large walk-in cooler, a commercial juicer, two steam kettles (150-gallons and 200-gallons), a four-head filler, automatic capper and a labeling machine. This system can run 325 gallons in 3 hours roughly from start to finish. This allows us to greatly increase what we can produce to meet the demand of Heartsong Chai, the Habañero Honey Brew, Thai Dragon Tonic and other yet-to-be-made brews.
You can come relax with a cup of chai and some chocolate on....

An amazing permanent art installation has been graciously gifted to Heartsong from Guildworks. These fabrics have allowed some privacy between the office and gallery and has given the gallery a less edgy, more comfortable feel.
The Chai Hut is located in Ashland on exit 14 at 2220 Ashland Street, Highway 66. We are a stones throw away from I-5 and in front of Shop-n-Kart.
